Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription renewal at any time by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
- Requests made within 7 days of payment are eligible for a full refund if the service has not been substantially used.
- If you were charged twice or incorrectly, we refund the extra amount in full.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
